Speaker Enclosure Screw Stripped - picture attached

Working on replacing the display assembly on an iPhone 4. It has water damage and apparently the speaker enclosure screw has rusted/corroded and now is almost completely stripped out. Need help/thoughts on this as soon as possible! Thanks.
