Why doesn't my iPhone turn on?

Hello there!

I have an iPhone 4s and it got wet, so now every time that I turn it on, it only projects the little white apple and then it turns off, and turn it on again and it´s the same.

Any advice? I will appreciate it.

Definitely dry it completely as David recommends. You could try battery replacement next. Or connect iPhone to computer let it charge for a while, then with iTunes open. Hold both home and power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. This usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore the Firmware. If still problem, then try replacement of the battery.

Do the above ^

Put it in a tub/bowl of rice for a day or two and try again.

Don't try to turn it on and off as you could short something

Have you heard of the rice trick? Put the phone in a bowl of dry white rice for 24 hours. This helps to absorb the moisture out of it. Then connect the power cord and try to turn on with it plugged in to a power source.
