Why does it say to go to www.apple.com/suport/iPod

so it tells me to check out www.apple.com/suport/ipod

then i do that and it runs me no where. huh! also it keeps telling me the batt is extremly low but ive charged it on a wall charger to day and ive hooked it up to itunes with no progress at all should i just change the hard drive or batt frist?

joshua daley, sound slike you possibly have to issues going on. For the fist one "www.apple.com/support/ipod", it sounds like your hard drive is giving out. That is the most common reason for this message. You could try and place your iPod in disk mode and see if you can access your drive. If so, reformat it and see what you get. Of course, you will loose your data. Most likely you will have to replace the drive, use these guides to work on your iPod. The battery issue could be a couple different things, check to make sure that the cable is fully inserted (and straight). ensure that the connector is still attached to the logic board. It does have a tendency to break off. If all of that checks out okay, replace the battery when you replace the HDD. Hope this helps, good luck.
