Is a flash memory upgrade possible?
I have a 16GB iPhone 4S.
Is it possible to upgrade it to 32/64 GB?

You can only upgrade the internal memory of your iPhone by installing the logic board from a 32 or 64 GB model. It's certainly possible, but a pretty pricey job. You might consider embracing cloud storage for anything you don't absolutely need to keep locally.
