My iPodTouch 4th Generation screen is cracked!
Hi! A few months ago, I cracked the screen on my iPod Touch 4th Generation. I was leaving basketball practice, and my iPod was in a plastic bag with my basketball clothes. I needed to get into my mom's car to put some of my basketball stuff down, so I set the plastic bag down on the asphalt parking lot. (Not hard though.) I was searching through my bag trying to look for my cellphone to call my mom and open the car doors, and I guess when I accidentally moved the bag around, my iPod fell to the bottom of the bag face down where the screen is, and caused it to crack. I had a small plastic cover over the screen. But when I pulled my iPod out, I knew that the screen was cracked, and the cover did nothing to protect it. It's been 8 months now since I've had to deal with the cracked screen. The worst part where it's cracked is near the home button and there's a long crack that runs from the home button to the top right corner of my iPod. It's not really bad, but I still wanted to know if I could get it fixed right away. My dad got it for me for Christmas, and I always take care of the stuff that he gives me. When he found out that I had accidentally cracked my screen, it really hurt him since he payed a lot of money for it. I really want to get it fixed to show my dad that I always take care of the electronics that he's given me. But that my screen cracking was an accident. How much will it cost to repair the screen if I can get it repaired? I want to try and pay for the repair myself.
Thanks,
Sierra J.
Is this a good question?
