Knocking when I turn my car on
When I go to turn my car on and turn the AC on, I hear a knocking noise. It’s really loud mostly when the air conditioning is on.

This may be as simple as a worn out belt tensioner, the spring loaded idler pulley keeping belt tension tight. When they wear out, the belt may flop with or without ac use, with some tensioners hitting their end stops with a banging noise. If you can deflect the drive belt several inches easily with your fingers, the belt tensioner needs to be replaced.
