@adamsangelina that depends on what these lines look like. Post some good pictures of what your TV screen looks like when it is turned on. Going by your description alone, this sounds like a loss of signal from the buffer boards to the COF (Gate drivers) for the panel. This can happen if the buffer boards have failed or if the 'ribbon" has actually detached from the LCD itself.
