Phone is completely unresponsive. Any hope?

Phone is totally dead. Responds to nothing. Battery had a charge when phone stopped working. How do I fix it?

Gary, try with the "power supply" change you battery so that you have a known good starting point. After that, change your dock connector to make sure it is charging. Once you do that, reevaluate and only replace one thing at a time. Hope this helps, good luck.
