Saurabh Gandhi, when you say cracked lines, I presume that those are lines that sort of look runny and would indicate a broken LCD. Of course, without an actual image of what the lines look like, it is only an assumption. It is very difficult to find the LCD's and most of the time, they do cost more than a new TV would. Not sure where you are located, you could try and keep your eyes open for a broken TV that has an intact LCD. There is probably no way to fix it without replacing the screen. Again, this is strictly on the assumption that it is cracked.
