The cable on my 2019 Dodge Charger broke all the way at the latch. I tried to get under the hood but I need to know how and what to push or pull to pop the hood. Do I go under the hood? If so, what do I look for to pop it?

The cable pulls the latch in the front center of your hood, and you should be able to access it from the bottom (you may have to remove some shielding underneath the car). You can then use a long screwdriver or other stiff tool to release the latch.
