Is there a way to repair/replace the logic board on my own? I've seen the teardown videos and I'm confident I can perform my own replacement.

@achow0000 sure there is :-) Use Apple's self-repair manual from here Don't forget that Apple recommends "to run Repair Assistant in order to finish the repair. Repair Assistant will be available on the device after you’ve completed all reassembly steps."
Once you have the logic board out, post some well focused pictures of the front and back side of the board and post those images with your question. Maybe we can find an obvious failure on your board. Adding images to an existing question
While you work on your iMac take lots of good, high-resolution pictures. Once the repair is done, take those pictures and build a guide for iFixit. If Apple ever decides to stop supporting the self-repair movement, the community will still have your guide. It is easy and fun to create, and it will save the next person dealing with the same issue. You can start one here: https://ifixit.com/Guide/new. The community will appreciate it.

Repairing the logic board will likely require getting some of the small electrical components to replace the damaged ones on your logic board.
Depending on what failed it might be best to find a good board level repair person to fix it.
