Where does this part of my item comes from?

I am reassembling my iphone 4 verizon after replacing my LCD screen and found this piece left out while reassembling. I wonder if anyone can tell me where this comes from. A picture will be great too

That is partly the cover for the Wi-Fi Antenna cap connector. The black part covers the the Wi-Fi connector, the gold part is a ground that inserts near the top of the logic board. The screw hole is at the large top stand-off screw.

This goes at top of iPhone above back camera. The two prongs point up towards you at top of back camera space. The screw hole goes on top of top left screw hole of logic board, the screw then holds the ground down to the logic board.
