Screen black and makes bleeps but visible in iTunes

I have an iPhone 4S which went through the washing machine.

I cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol and replaced the battery. Now it connects to iTunes but the screen is black and it makes a continuous sound (the bleep when charger is connected to phone) every 3 seconds. What could be wrong with it?

If i put it on mute it vibrates instead of making the beep sound.

Is it possible to replace the lcd cable?

Could this be the reason why the display is black? Is it worth fixing?

Check the three legs to the left. This is the display connector isn't it?

How much would it be to replace this connector if i bring the logic board alone?

The backlight is on too but it's really hard to see. It doesn't shut off either

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

This would be the reason why your LCD is not working properly.. Looks like the pads on the logic board are missing.. You may need to get a new logic board or may even get a replacement device.

to me it looks like the "legs" have lost contact with logic board.. is it possible to just solder them back in place?
