I recommend ebay. I have seen them as low as $5 from their if you do not mind waiting for shipping from china

The $4 dollar ones are new 3rd party ones form china, the higher prince ones are probably OEM pulls (and in north america), or often just a north american seller trying to cash in on people who will not buy form china (they buy form china and resell). I have seen both. I have not had any major quality issues with the Chinese headphone jacks I have bought. If you buy one from china just get the cheapest one as most sellers have the same quality of product. I would not spend $60 on a jack that is likely only a little bit better if at all. Of course that is just form my personal experience with ebay parts.
