The ninth generation of Chevrolet Impala debuted for the 2006 model year. This generation of Impala was offered as a front wheel drive four door sedan, and was powered by a wide range of V6 engines. Production continued for fleet versions until 2016 under the name "Impala Limited".

@michellewillis we need to see "how" it fell off and what is still connected to it. could be a broken drive axle, broken ball joint, broken wheel bearing etc.. Now, if it was just the tire then it is possible that it was not properly fastened. Post some pictures of what you got going on there. a bad tie-rod should not get your wheel to fall of. Adding images to an existing question
