rubber seals tearing when replacing proximity sensor/power button

I replaced my power button/proximity sensor cable the other day and in the process the rubber spacer between the cable at the ear piece tore, so right now the earpiece is in their without a rubber spacer. It works, but I'm wondering if this is going to cause problems with use.

Also, my proximity sensor no longer works with the new ribbon, but with some research I figured out i need to peal off the rubber gasket covering the proximity sensor on the old sensor and put it on the new part.

Is there somewhere I can buy the foam spacer and tiny rubber gasket that goes over the sensor? I want to buy these parts in case they tear when trying to instal them.
