Shell/casing screw turns but won’t come out
I’m trying to remove the top right 10mm shell screw, but it just turns and turns (cw & ccw) but it won’t reverse out. I think it might have something to do with the screw over self-tapping the plastic and now there is no sturdy threading to grip.
Does anyone have any tips or advice as to how I can get this screw out? I’ve trying applying upward pressure (as in trying to pull the front and back shells apart near this joint) whilst turning the screw, but nothing.
The screw head/drive is not stripped as I can see it turning.
