Was this system refilled from store kits containing sealer? Does ac work? Is the drive belt flopping, possibly from either a worn out belt or belt tensioner?

AC blows nice and cool but when I come to a stoplight the screaming sound comes out of it and it's still blowing cold and then when I go it stops also every once in awhile it'll just shut off and start blowing hot air

Was this ac system serviced by you or repair shop? Are you familiar with vehicle maintenance or visit a repair shop? These questions are asked to determine whether you can check for a worn/loose belt or worn out belt tensioner. Squealing while stopped with ac running and going away while driving may be from drive belt or ac issues. Not enough information to make sight unseen armchair quarterback guesses.
