How to fix the Co driver electronic seat adjustment Switches?

I would start off checking the fuse, then underneath the given seat is where the seat is connected to the vehicle's wiring harness leading to the fuse panel for power. Within the chair is a switch console which holds the switches, you may need to open it up to check the switches and the wiring using a DVM.

As you stated both the Recline as well as moving the chair Forward & Back failing it's rare for both motors to fail, they are located under the seat.

Is it possible the vehicle had water intrusion trying to cross a flooded road where water got in deep enough to wet the wires and/or damage the motors?
