Need help finding small heatsink cover? Cannot find anywhere!

Hi I got my 2011 17" MacBook pro with dim backlight repaired but I'm missing the small square graphics card heatsink cover that was underneath the speakers near the USB and thunderbolt port. It's not the main heat sink that's near the two fans. I've noticed though that on my other MacBook one of the green square components with another silver square on top didn't have a cover. Does anybody know where I can get that small cover or does it even need thermal paste and a cover over it ? Is there a way I can make my own ? I've searched everywhere and I cannot find this part. Please help me out!

update heres picture: its the cover all the way to the right near the USB ports and thunderbolt

yeah its the thunderbolt heatsink, does it need a cover or thermal paste? what if i never use thunderbolt do i need something to cover that part? i cannot find it anywhere

thanks for the replies u guys !

It might b better if you post an image with your question. Click on the orange "Images" tab on the left lower side and follow the prompts. That way people looking at your question can see and understand what you need:-)

He is mistaking the graphics card for the thunderbolt controller. The chip resembles a graphics card but is smaller and has a small square heatsink attached to it. I know that it should have thermal paste but upon looking for one I found nothing. Maybe someone else will have better luck.
