I tried tu repair an ipod touch 4g
i bought the lcd and digitizer kit
but when the process was almost completed
i seen to be a damage in the pcb connector of the LCD ( not digitizer)
result of that i only get a white image on the ipod
digitizer work fine , but only a white image
pls help to find where to repair it

pcchile, try to contact the user hectordtruong on here http://www.ifixit.com/User/235262/hector... He does board level repair and might be able to help you with resoldering a new connector.

simply hol power button for 5 seconds then the home button at the same time untill it resetslook up on youtube how to reload ur screen

A hard reset will fix this most of the time as Edwin said. This can happen when you disconnect the lcd when the device is still powered on. Always power off before opening the device.
