How to replace my broken MacBook Pro display?

Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro 13" early 2011. My Mac's display is broken: The top of the Mac (next to the apple logo) is dented, and, when I turn the Mac on, large color batches show up on the screen.

I am not concerned about aesthetics, how can I make the display work again? The glass is not broken. Just the top cover, and color batches show up. What parts do I need to replace? Where can I get the parts I need?

Thanks in advance!
