The engine won't start

i have honda civic 94, sometimes when i try to start and i turn the key on, doesn't work,

i see the yellow light on the dashboard before turn on the engine this light should disappear, but this time the light keep on..

the funny thing, its fine when i start the car but after i use the car and stop the engine, sometimes this thing happened, so normally i just wait till the car cooling down..

everything fine, batteries, fuel..as long i can start the engine , everything just work normal ..

any idea what the problem is?

or maybe the oxygen sensor is the problem?

while summer its happened very often but now in winter its like nothing happened ..

If you've got a check engine light on it's much more efficient for you to get the specific code checked. You can either purchase your own OBDII scanner or take your car into a repair shop. Many places offer code reading for free, but some of them might trick you into agreeing to pay for whatever they have to do to fix it.
