@olluwahtohsyn what OS are you using? Does the WiFi adapter still show up in the Device Manager? Uninstall the driver and then reinstall the newest driver. you can get those from Lenovo on here
If none of that works and if your WiFI card does no longer show in the Device manager it is possible that you have a failed network card. Use the Hardware Maintenance Manual for your ThinkPad Edge E430. Check page 66 for what to do to replace it.
