How to repair the card as it would mean a lot

This is my fav all time graphics card and it will mean a lot to me if i could get back to life. Where do i start what are the steps any help would be appreciated. I have the Asus Graphics card.

What exactly is wrong with it? And could you give an exact model name? Just need a little more info to help you out.

PH-GTX1050TI-4G

Key characteristics:

Single-fan compact cooler

No external 6-pin power connector

4GB GDDR5

Pascal GP107 GPU

HDMI + DisplayPort + DVI-D outputs

although im not sure what the issue is or how to pinpoint the issue exactly , when plugged in there is no display Output
