Your phone is fairly straight-forward as far as screen replacements go. Basically you take off the back cover, then unscrew the cover over the motherboard, which allows you to get to the display and battery connectors. Unplug those then remove the battery so you can unstick the screen's flex cable from the midframe. Finally, separate the display from the midframe, clean off the old adhesive, and you're ready to glue a new screen in place.
One thing I liked about this particular video is that they actually plugged in the replacement screen first to verify everything works before they glue it down. Other than that it clearly shows the steps needed in order to make this particular repair.

@brahimidrissi If your screen has colors and lines on it but pressure makes it work again, there are loose connections between the screen glass and the flex cable going to the motherboard. Unfortunately, those connections aren't repairable, so ultimately you will have to replace the screen to fix the problem permanently.
My brother found a workaround for a similar problem; he used a binder clip on the edge of the screen and removed the handles. That kept the phone working until I could install a new screen.
