Why my gear lever lost position

My Tata 1615 I bought it second hand but suddenly I ve notice gear lever lost position

And when I park my truck at night with full air on clock bar to 8,but in the morning I found 0 on the dashboard clock how to fix

@abbasabdulrazaq explain this all a bit more. What do you mean by "gear lever lost position" what exactly does, or does it not, do? Also, are you saying you have an air leak ( assume that is for your airbrake)? Your Tata is a LPT1615?
