I have uten 200 sewing machine, it runs as soon as I switch it on while not pressing the pedal or button to move it , the light also blinks at interval while running, cannot sew or control it once it's on can you help please?

I am not familiar with that specific machine but generally all the foot pedals are plug in. What happens when you unplug the foot pedal?
If it stops running, the foot pedal is the problem If it is running at max speed when plugged in the there is likely a short in the pedal. If it is running as some slower speed, then it is likely a broken mechanism in the pedal. If it still runs with it unplugged, then the issue is in the machine.
