@tinaflower93123 there should be a cover on the inside of the door that you pop open. Now you should see the 3 studs and 11mm nuts that hold the mirror attached to the door. Help us to help you. Take a picture form the outside showing the mirror on your door and then one from the inside showing the approximate area where the mirror is located. That way we can see what you see and hopefully we can get your mirror tightened again. Adding images to an existing question
