My laptop only receives internet when the internet is right besides it in the left and when the connection like goes to far the connection disappears

Unstable WiFi internet connections like what you've described are indicative of an antenna problem in the laptop. A loose antenna connection perhaps.
Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to the bottom of p.60 (66 of 96 pdf) in the manual, to view the procedure to remove the WLAN card from the motherboard. This will allow you to check if both the antenna cables are securely plugged into the card.
Note: To avoid any potential electrical problems from occurring to the motherboard when working inside the laptop, besides not touching anything that you don't have to on the motherboard (ESD damage to sensitive components) unplug the battery from the motherboard once the back cover has been removed and before you do anything else inside the laptop. You don't have to remove the battery from the laptop, just disconnect it from the motherboard. See p.57 (64 of 96 pdf) in the manual
