Phone Doesn't Stay On Unless Plugged In

My phone only turns on once it is plugged into the charger and the battery will say its fully charged but as soon as you unplug it, it turns off and won't come back on until plugged in again. I replaced the battery but it still does the same thing. What do you think the problem could be?

Usually that is a problem with battery. Maybe your second battery is bad as well.
