My daughter dropped PSP in the bathtub can it be repaired?

I want to know if my PSP can be repaired , after being dropped into tub of water?

highlander907, the first thing I would suggest is that you check this wiki. It will tell you a bit more. The first thing I'd do is to remove the battery, disassemble the PSP and clean the logic board with high percentage isopropyl alcohol. After that you may have to replace the battery (most likely) as well as the LCD. Re-evaluate after that. At this time you do not have anything to lose but a whole lot to gain. Most likely not, sorry :/

There are pieces in the psp that break with water contact.
