HP Pavilion15 cs3059 TX starts blinking when I touch the mouse pad?

When I touch the mousepad, suddenly the screen starts blinking. If I connect a mouse, the screen randomly blinks, but not always. Is this an error of the motherboard or a software problem? Please help me fix it?
