What type of hard disc I can replace

i need to replace my hard disc what is the maximum capacity i can replace should any additions on the ram should be thought Hardware Overview:

MAX RAM 8GB. Type: PC8500 1066MHz. (two 4GB matched)

Hard Drive: move up to a 7200RPM drive, it may vibrate a bit more than the stock Apple 5400rpm drive, but some extra "shock" padding can settle that down any .2.5" SATA 3.0 will work how much size/cost you want is the limiting factor. Beware cheap drives - stay with the top tier manufacturers.

I am from india,i intend buying the kit from us,extra shock pads can be purchased from i fix it,if so how many will it also generate heat if so what precautions i should take please explain

Yes it will run hotter... keep the dust in the environment down, there are cooling pads/platforms upon which the laptop can rest, try to keep the temperature and humidity low where it's used/stored.
