Hi @willdreisb
It has what is known as the "blinking lights of death" syndrome which is not uncommon with these switches, it seems.
Check if the electrolytic capacitors on the board are faulty i.e. domed or have leaked.
Research online shows that some users have repaired their switch by replacing the electrolytic capacitors. Worth a look anyway.
I couldn't find a teardown video for your model but here's a video for a 5 port switch that may help. It shows that there are 3 electrolytic capacitors on the board (2 encased in a protective rubber? sleeve)
