I'm trying to replace my screen, screw won't unscrew?

I've already removed the back plate and I'm trying to remove the screw to take out the battery, and it just won't turn. I think I might have stripped it, what should I do to get it out?

katie, you can try and use a screw extractor, great set available Precision Screw Extractor Set or you can try and drill it out. Just enough, to remove the screw head, than the rest of the screw with a pair of fine needle nose pliers.
