What is the difference between Verizion and AT&T LCD Screens if I am planning on doing phone repair? I noticed that all the carriers have different screen assemblies for sale that specify the carriers name. Are the connections the same? And is this just a branding issue on the screen?

The iPhone 4 ATT (GSM) and iPhone 4 Verizon & Sprint (CDMA) the only difference between the GSM and CDMA front screens is the placement of the mounting bracket screw tabs. Everything else is the same.
For iPhone 4 ATT get ATT or GSM Screen.
For iPhone 4 Verizon get Verizon or CDMA Screen, this will work for Sprint iPhone 4 also.
The Flex connectors are the same, only the screw tabs are in different locations.

Yea basically the frame on the outside of the glass n LCD screen. They line up different on the 4 CDMA, gsm and 4S

If your buying a replacement screen off ebay... make sure you buy the correct screen cause the tabs will not fit, period.
