Stopped charging, phone dead now

I plug the phone into a charger and the screen shows an empty battery with a lightning bolt, but never charges. I may have dropped the phone once or twice nits 2 year life...

Have you tried to charge your battery on a AC charger?

It sounds like the charge port may be bad, or the battery may need to be replaced. Start with the battery.

Ordered a battery. Will see if that does the trick.
