Pen Work but touchscreen with hand doesnt work

I've purchased a 2nd hand x380 with condition that i see problem such as pen is working but touch with hand doesn't. how do i fix the problem, thank you. if possible i want to fix it by replacing the lcd connector (flexi cable)
