My phone screen stop working, I can't press it, and its not broken
I was using it before but all of sudden it stopped working, I can't press it, I can't navigate on it, just stop responding

It depends on device
If it's an iPhone press volume up and down button and hold the power button until it shows the apple logo. This will restart the device and fix things being frozen
Andriod phones have different ways to restart using the buttons when it is frozen. It depends on the model and company hence goggling that might help
Assuming your device is turning on or there are no structural damages with it
