Do Phillips screw work in Verizon iPhone 4?

I went to my local mall to an iPhone repair shop asking for new screws they said that the Verizon iPhone won't use Phillips is this correct or no, do Philips still work on Verizon iPhone 4??

Yes, the Phillips still work on Verizon iPhone 4.

The Verizon iPhone 4, when received from Apple has the two Pentalobe Headed Screws on the outside bottom (base). These can be replaced by iPhone 4 Phillips outside screws. Inside the iPhone 4 the screws are all Phillips #00, except for the two Stand-Off Screws which are flat head (slotted screws).
