What could be the problem if the MagSafe charger only power when sparks together? I don’t know

What do you mean by Sparks? Plugging the cord into the system shouldn't spark. Hitting the contacts with a metal object shorting across the contacts will create sparks!
I would make the effort to clean the system's MagSafe socket as dirt can build up.
Are you sure the charger is not damaged or not a knockoff? Inspect the cord for damage cuts and/or exposed wires, or twisted wires under the outer sheath.
What is happening with the computer its self? Is is working or having issues with its Battery (cord LED is Amber not Green when it should be)
