Is the line horizontal or vertical? Also, in order to give you the correct troubleshooting information, we need to know the model number of your Samsung. There'll be a label on the back side of the TV with that information on it.
@baronzirota besides the information previously requested, we would also need to know what this white line looks like. Post some good pictures of what your screen shows you with your Question. Adding images to an existing question
