I was told it was the drain pump which I replaced and it’s still making the same sounds. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @tom97280

What is the model number of the washer?

You may have to upload the video again as it is not working - note the time duration on the video shows 0:00 / 0.00

The 1st 0:00 indicates the length of time the video has been viewed when playing, the 2nd 0.00 should show the total time duration of the video but it's greyed out indicating it isn't there to be viewed

Re-uploaded video. This one should play.

What is the model number of the washer?

Does each part of the wash cycle work, ie. fill, agitate, drain rinse, drain, spin and then the noise occurs or does it occur at some point during the cycle or when you first turn it on to start etc?

Hi @tom97280

Here's the tech sheet for the washer.

Go to p.3 to see how to check if the diagnostic LED on the control board is On or Off.

Depending on the result either go to p.16 Test #1 to find out why it's Off or if it is On run the automatic diagnostic tests - see p.3 and check what error codes are shown. If there are any error codes shown, the codes are shown on p.8→p.10.

If you find the problem and it's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.

Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown for the part. Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.

If you search on YouTube for (insert wanted part number) replacement, sometimes if you're lucky you'll find videos showing how to remove/replace the part.

I tried to find the Repair manual but the link that was sent to me put me in a parts department for Sears. I guess I’m looking for the tech information on the washer.
