My rear driver side Breaks light keeps burning out how do I fixed it

For some reason every time I was my vehicle or it rains the rear driver side break light keeps burning out how do I fix it or what I can do to pin point the problem

Does the driver side brake light turn on and stay on when you get into the vehicle even if you haven't stepped on the brake pedal?

Does the passenger side brake light work OK
