Hi @alexenim
With the laptop turned on, but with no display on the screen, try connecting an external monitor (TV?) to the laptop's HDMI port and check if there's a display fromthe laptop showing on it.
Don't forget to press the F6 key to switch the display from the laptop's screen to the external monitor's screen.
If there is a display seen on the external monitor, switch the display back to the laptop screen and then try shining a flashlight at an angle close to the laptop screen and check if you can see any images on the screen at all. They will be very faint if they are there, so trying this in a darkened room may help.
If you can see images on the screen:
There's a screen backlight problem. This could be due to a faulty backlight power supply on the motherboard, a faulty LVDS (video) cable or cable connection (either end) between the motherboard and the LCD panel or a faulty LCD panel.
If you can't see any images on the screen:
This could be due to a faulty LVDS (video) cable or cable connection (either end) between the motherboard and the LCD panel or a faulty LCD panel.
If there is no display seen on the external monitor, there's a motherboard problem or the laptop's not starting POST (power on self test) after it is turned on
