No wifi- is there a piece missing from my logic board?

I have an iphone 4 that I'm trying to fix.

It appears to have been worked on before, amd wifi is greyed out.

On inspecting the wifi antenna, I encountered a weird problem- there is no place for one of the screws to screw into!

It's the screw marked in yellow in this photo:

When I removed the plate, I found a hole in the logic board, and a forked piece on the shielding above.

It looks to me like there should be a threaded standoff in between, but there's nothing there.

I've tried to find a photo of this area of the board, but none are clear enough for me to see what this area is supposed to look like.

I've never worked on an iphone 4 before, and I don't have access to another one to examine.

So, my question is threefold:

Is there a threaded standoff or something missing from my logic board?

If so, can I buy or make a replacement, and what is it called?

Is this a likely culprit for greyed out wifi?

Thanks

Yes. there is supposed to be a small metal, threaded piece there to screw that particular screw into.

Not sure if you can buy it or not, but it doesn't matter anyways cause...

No, it would not affect the Wifi being greyed out.

if the wifi is greyed out it is in need of a more intensive soldered repair on the logic board. It is not something easily fixed if you don't have experience soldering on electronics.

If you are interested in selling the damaged phone, let me know. I personally do not make that repair, but I do know some places that do, if you want to send it off for repair.
