@lumborkhonglam sounds like you have a failed touchscreen. It is considered part of the display assembly. Replace the display assembly and see if that fixed it. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like this video to do the replacement.

If after that it still does not work, then the issue could be related to a failed Touch IC or any component related to the digitizer on your main circuit board

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.

If your Samsung Galaxy A50s touchscreen suddenly stopped working, first check if it’s a software or hardware issue. Force restart the phone by holding Power + Volume Down for 10–15 seconds. If it responds after reboot, it was likely a system glitch. If not, try booting into Safe Mode to rule out app conflicts. Also check for physical damage, cracks, water exposure, or swelling. If the screen is completely unresponsive even in recovery mode, the digitizer may be damaged and needs replacement. Visit an authorized Samsung service center. Avoid pressing hard; it won’t fix hardware problems and may worsen damage.
