My charger shows one red light while the green lights are still flowing downward as if it’s charging normally, and the charging current has dropped to 6A. What is the cause? Does it need any repair or component replacement?

See the above for the code meaning. If it is blinking 3 times for example, the unit is detecting an overheat condition. This could be conductor connection overheating, handle overheating ect. If the issue persists, contacting Tesla support they may be able to point you to a cause and recommend repairs.
