New cleaner not charging, red light blinks and no change

Once plugged in, red light blinks, low volume sound rings. It doesn't charge at all and its a brand new vacuum cleaner. It doesn't turn on either.

Hi @nachojozami

Have you tried removing the battery from the vacuum cleaner and then connecting the charger directly to the battery, to see if it started to charge?

See p.10 of the user manual

Since it is new, try leaving the battery on charge for at least 3-4 hours to see if the battery is kick started back to life and begins to charge.

If still no good, return the vacuum cleaner for a warranty replacement or refund.
